Since starting in recruitment in 2013, without any prior experience Harry single handedly built a European Life Sciences Engineering division from scratch for one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the world. As was his success, he even became the Number 1 Top Billing Consultant in the process in 2016.

After nearly 5 years had passed, Harry opted for a new challenge to build something up from ground zero again. He moved to Dusseldorf (Germany) to start a new Engineering and Life Sciences division for another internationally renowned business. Proving his adaptability, know-how and industry connections early on, he earned the accolade of “EMEA Newcomer of the Year” (across 7 EMEA offices) within his first 11 months whilst building a team around him.

By 2020, Harry wanted to imprint his own philosophy, brand and identity into something of his own image, so backed himself to start SSG. The aim of new markets, new ideas, and new ways of working with clients.

 

Outside of work, Harry is a keen traveller (40+ countries), sports fanatic, and poker player. He even had a claim to fame for playing darts at a professional level in the PDC and appearing live on Sky Sports TV in the UK Open.
